November Community day events for Pokemon GO

Octobers community day event was marvelous. I got myself two shiny Charmanders evolving one into a Charizard. And next week will be the start of November, meaning new community day events and shiny Pokémon.

Start date for community day events

Two events are happening instead of just one. These separate events will feature Magmar and Electabuzz. The first event will feature Electabuzz starting on November 15, 2020, from 11:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m local time. Throughout that time, Electabuzz will appear more frequently. If you evolve Eletabuzz during this event, he will know flamethrower.

Magmar’s event start date will happen on November 21, 2020, and at the same time as the Electabuzz event from 11:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Now Magmar will appear more frequently.

During both these events, there will be special community day boxes that are different for each event. For Electabuzz’s event, the Community day box will feature an Elite fast TM, 3 Super Incubators, 3 Incense, and 30 Ultra Balls. While Magmar’s Community day box features, Elite charged TM, 3 Super Incubators, 3 Lucky Eggs, and 30 Ultra Balls.

Niantic will also be giving out free challenges for each event. By completing these challenges, you will be rewarded with Sinnoh stones to help evolve both Pokémon.

Shiny forms

And of course, each community day event, there is an increase in finding Shiny forms of Electabuzz and Magmar during their events. I honestly love the shiny forms of Electrivire and Magmotar (their final evolutions.) If you’re lucky, you might encounter one.
